How toBrew Bubble Tea

Directions:

STEP1

Put100g of tea in a big pot.

Pour4000cc of hot water(95°C) inthe pot, and then cover the lid.

STEP2

Countdown for 9 minutes.

* MilkTea: Count for 10 minutes.

STEP3

Use acolander to strain the tea into a thermos bucket.

STEP4

Waituntil the temperature drop into 60°C,cover the lid.

Therecipe can be adjusted by personal’s preference.

Tokeep tea fresh, consume within 4 hours after brewing.

How toMake Bubble Milk Tea

StandardRecipe for 500cc of Bubble Milk Tea

STEP1

Put200cc of tea, 35g of non-dairy creamer and 40cc of fructose in a500cc of shaker.

STEP2

Filledwith crushed ice and shake it.

Therecipe can be adjusted by personal’s preference.

Tokeep tea fresh, consume within 1 hour after making.
